Don’t be surprised if Parfait’s spring collection has you exclaiming Oh là là! Inspired by the chic French Riviera, where Hollywood stars vacation, the new collection from the size-inclusive lingerie brand offers a range of pieces that are equally alluring as they are supportive. The elegance shines throughout the collection with retro cut bras and bottoms, captivating fabrics, and a sophisticated color palette.
This season the collection is divided into six different lines, a move that will not only cater to all aspects of a woman’s life but also to streamline the shopping process. “We wanted to clarify the products we offer to our customers and help them to match their different needs with our different lines,” says Amandine Taylor, Parfait’s brand and social media marketing specialist. Here is a breakdown of the new categories.
First is Lab, which has edgy, feminine, and trend-driven pieces. A standout item is the Vanessa, which combines satin and lace. The bralette, in particular, has that retro starlet vibe and a more generously cut neckline that is not only helpful to the Parfait woman but also leans into the old world sensibility. The flamingo pink color is a direct tie back to the poppy buildings on the French coastline.
The bridal collection, I DO, also sits within the Lab category. Offered in pearl white and black, the strapless bra and high-waisted brief are a perfect fit underneath a bride’s gown for support throughout the big day. The small baby blue bow detail in front of the brief will help all brides check both the something new and something blue boxes.
The Icon collection shelves the best selling bras and panties that takes women from morning to night. These styles will come in basic neutrals colors as well as three trendy shades each season to keep these favorite go-to’s feeling fresh and new. Sexy floral moments on the Ivy can be for a date night, the striped details on the pale blue Charlotte will take her through her workday, and the lacy bralette and hipster in raspberry, the Adriana, perfect for weekend lounging.
Since women’s bodies fluctuate throughout the month, the Body line includes pieces that evolve with you. On days one needs more assistance, like with a bustier or some smoothing bottoms, you have the Elissa. The strapless bra, a high-waisted and super high-waisted panty give a range for whatever assistance you need.
For days when comfort is a priority, the Maya has pieces like a seamless hipster and bandless plunge bra.
The Motherhood category also falls under the body line. Rain, which is the newest style, is a model unlined maternity bra surely to be every new mom’s favorite.
Parfait introduced sports bras in their 2018 line and now is expanding with a hidden underwire style called Energy. With full coverage and sizing from a 34C-40GG, this bra will support the wearer on any level of activity whether a 10-mile run or a 40-minute barre class. It is also breathable and comfortable keeping you cool and confident throughout the workout.
Last but certainly not least, Aqua, the swim line. The selection of one-pieces and bikinis are equally as alluring, glamorous and supportive as the intimates. The Vivien in particular, with its retro shape and coloring, connects directly with the Riveria feeling. The lemon drop color is sure to be a hit next summer. Another standout is the Lauren style with the lattice criss-cross straps. This unique suit sets itself apart and will be a hit on the beach or poolside.
The new spring line keeps with Parfait’s tradition of being dedicated to size inclusivity and fit. The sophistication shines through with retro cuts, captivating fabrics, and a color palette that ties it back to the south of France. There is no surprise that the brand which celebrates all women’s shapes and sizes would be inspired by the 1950s, a time that truly celebrated and highlighted a woman’s body.
